I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can unless they are part of the pre-order batch. If your item is not part of the pre-order batch it will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. It will take 5 to 7 business days for your item to be delivered however there may be delays that’s beyond our control.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

How can I find out if my item is part of the pre-order batch?

We have most items in stock but those we do not have in stock will be added to the pre-order batch. If your item is part of the pre-order batch you will receive an email to update you.
