Ordering

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in Great British Pounds (GBP) 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can unless they are part of the pre-order batch. If your item is not part of the pre-order batch it will be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. It will take 5 to 7 business days for your item to be delivered, but due to COVID there may be delays that’s beyond our control. 

Please Note: Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic around the world, dispatch dates may change with or without any notice. We will keep you informed via email with any updates regarding this product.

How can I find out if my item is part of the pre-order batch?
We have most items in stock but those we do not have in stock will be added to the pre-order batch. If your item is part of the pre-order batch you will receive an email to update you.

Product pre-order dispatch dates are based off previous estimated times of deliverance, unfortunately we are unable to anticipate any unexpected delays. Therefore we cannot guarantee the stated dispatch date. If you require further information please use the "contact us" page to contact our support team.


Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order, but you must cancel your order before it’s shipped. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, you must notify us via email at SouqThobes@outloook.com as soon as possible.

We can only change the address if the order haven’t been shipped yet. No refund will be given for providing us with the wrong address.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a refund.
